1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and RuPay
• Digital Wallets: PayPal, Google Pay, PhonePe, Amazon Pay
• UPI Payments: All major UPI applications supported
• Net Banking: All major Indian banks
• Cash: Accepted for in-store services and academy fee payments
• EMI Options: Available for high-value services and course fees through partnered financial institutions

All online transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways to ensure maximum security.

2. Pricing Structure

Our service prices are clearly displayed on our website, mobile app, and in-parlour price lists. Pricing may vary based on:

• Service complexity and duration
• Product quality and brand used
• Specialist expertise required
• Geographic location of our parlours

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted rate.

3. Booking Payments

For appointment bookings:

• A minimum advance of 20% is required to confirm your booking
• The remaining amount is payable upon service completion
• For services exceeding ₹5,000, a 30% advance is required
• Wedding and event packages require a 50% advance booking fee

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our beauty professionals:

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. In cases of medical emergencies (with valid documentation), we offer more flexible rescheduling options.

5. Beauty Academy Fee Payment

For our academy courses:

• Course fees can be paid in full or through installment plans
• Installment plans require a 40% down payment
• Subsequent installments are due monthly
• A 5% discount is offered for full upfront payments
• Course materials and kit costs are included unless specified

Academy fee refunds follow a separate policy outlined in the student agreement.

6. Promotions, Discounts and Gift Cards

We regularly offer promotions and discounts to our valued customers:

• Only one promotion can be applied per service
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase date
• Gift cards are non-refundable but transferable
• Membership discounts apply only to the membership holder

7. Payment Security
